Lose Kilos By Grocery Shopping

Most People Find detoxing hard because they don't plan ahead. Simply change the way you shop for a healthier, slimmer you.

First off, it's time for a spring clean. Ditch everything in your cupboard that's anti-detox - that jar of peanut butter, the secret stash of chocolate, coffee, plus the bottles of sauce, mustard and ice-cream topping in your fridge. You'll just be torturing yourself by keeping them there.

Shop two or three times a week, rather than in one big, bulk buy, so that the food you're eating is as fresh as possible. Small buys mean no trolley. so no urge to fill up.

Check the local papers or community center for nearby grower's markets that sell cheap, fresh produce.

Look around your area for a fresh fruit and vegetables delivery service. A lot of shops drop boxes of mixed produce to people's door once or twice a week.

Eat the best food you can afford. Some specialized health food brands can be expensive, so try not to spend a fortune on groceries, and don't buy processed or junk food as a substitute.
